High-Risk Investment Warning

Risk Disclosure Statement

Statutory Disclosure for Forex & CFD Copy Trading Technologies

CRITICAL WARNING: RISK OF TOTAL LOSS OF INVESTED CAPITALForex and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) are complex, high-risk derivative instruments that carry a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

1. Leverage Amplification

Trading on margin significantly magnifies both prospective gains and prospective losses. A small market movement in an adverse direction can lead to the substantial or complete depletion of your account balance. In extreme market gap conditions, your account may be subjected to margin calls or automated liquidation.

2. No Guarantee of Past Performance

Past performance, historical track records, backtests, or hypothetical trading simulations generated by strategy providers are NOT reliable indicators of future performance. Market conditions shift dynamically, and trading strategies may experience significant drawdown periods, style drift, or total failure.

3. Execution Divergence & Slippage

Order replication is subject to real-world latency, broker execution bridge performance, price feeds, order queueing, and liquidity depth. While SumXMarket software is optimized for low-latency transmission:

  • Orders may execute at different prices than those seen on the master strategy.
  • Slippage can occur during high-volatility news releases or thin weekend liquidity.
  • Follower accounts may not achieve identical percentage returns as master accounts.

4. Independent Broker Relationship

All brokerage execution, client funds custody, deposit/withdrawal facilities, and margin risk management are provided exclusively by independent third-party brokers. SumXMarket has no authority over broker solvency, order routing policies, or deposit protection schemes.

5. Independent Financial Advice

Nothing published on this website, communicated during demonstrations, or provided by SumXMarket representatives constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult an authorized independent financial advisor prior to allocating capital to Forex and CFD trading.
