1. Nature of the Service
SumXMarket develops and licenses software connectivity solutions designed to synchronize order instructions between master accounts and follower accounts hosted with third-party, independently licensed brokers.
SumXMarket is NOT an investment broker, dealer, custodian, asset manager, or financial advisory firm. We do not accept deposits, execute OTC derivatives in our own account, or guarantee trade execution results.
2. Eligibility & Regional Restrictions
Access to automatic copy trading technology may be restricted in certain jurisdictions including but not limited to residents of the United States, sanctioned territories, or jurisdictions where CFD marketing is prohibited by local regulators. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your home jurisdiction.
3. Platform Demonstrations
Demonstrations provided by SumXMarket are purely informational product walkthroughs. No demonstration constitutes an offer to buy or sell securities, a solicitation of financial services, or personalized investment advice.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SumXMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, slippage costs, network downtime, server disconnects, or trading losses incurred by your trading accounts with your chosen broker.
